What happened
EE was painting the roof of a tuck on the 2nd to top of a 10-12 ft A frame ladder when he reached out and the ladder moved causing the employee to fall on the ground landing on the right side of his body. The employee is okay and sustained bruising. During the investigation it was observed that the ladder’s rungs were slippery.
