Before the incident
[REDACTED] was loading a new coil on PRE at around [REDACTED] in Angle Ring Department when cutting metal band holding the coil close the metal band sprung out and cut bottom lip. Right after incident [REDACTED] (Witness) assisted EE with first aid kit in shipping office and called supervisor right after. Supervisor ([REDACTED] ) arrived to scene and reassess first aid and mobile drug test was called at [REDACTED]. EE drove to hospital after mobile drug test was delivered at [REDACTED].
