Before the incident
A [REDACTED] when I was working on frame parts for the [REDACTED] I started feeling a sharp pain on my lower back that radiated up to both sides of my back. Then [REDACTED] as I was cranking the table of my machine up I felt the same sharp pain but started from my left arm and went through my back down to my leg like an electric current. [REDACTED] as I started working on frame parts for the MH I felt the same pain again then I mentioned it to my supervisor.
