Before the incident
Opening cheese blocks
What happened
EE was opening up cheese blocks in line 6 mixing room. When he was getting the cheese block set on the table it was not on all the way. The cheese block then started to fall off the table; EE seeing that the cheese block was going to fall tried to catch it. As the EE tried to catch the falling cheese block his right foot slipped causing him to come into contact with the corner of the pallet lift. The pallet lift was lifted about waist high to the affected EE.
