EE was changing their propane tank out on the forklift and during the time of the exchange the EE was standing at the top of the stair platform while the dolly was on the bottom platform pulling a full propane bottle up the stairs when they felt a pain in their Right Shoulder EE gave their statement to supervisor on shift and EE than continued to work EE did not request first aid or medical assistance at the time the statement was given
