What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] . Delivery Associate ([REDACTED]) opened sliding door and turned to grab appropriate packages and grabbed handrail and grabbed door and attempted to step out. [REDACTED] went to step down onto the ground and stepped into what appeared to be soft mud. Left foot slipped out from under DA and bent in a way. [REDACTED] landed on my face and laid on the ground for a few [REDACTED] after. [REDACTED] had to crawl back to the van to get in contact with my dispatcher. This incident caused the DA to have fractured on the left foot
