Before the incident
Worker was walking in between 2 injection molding presses to retrieve parts from the buckets use to store the parts. While the worker was on their way the worker tripped on a metal yellow platform that is used to support metal molds that are used in the injection molding presses to make parts. The worker stretched out the workers arms to land on top of one of the molds that in-turn lead to swelling and a formation of a bump on the workers left forearm.

The employee tripped over a metal yellow platform and stopped the workers body from hitting the floor by striking the workers left forearm against the top side of a mold.
