The Weld Lab employee was fabricating a small cart in one of the weld bays The employee was utilizing a 25 weld gun that was laid out through the path to the doorway When the employee finished the fabrication they lifted the cart (approximately 35 pounds) off the table and began carrying it out of the weld bay As the employee approached the doorway they stepped on the weld gun causing their ankle to give out and the employee to fall to the floor with the item in their hands The employee stated they rolled their ankle
