Before the incident
The EE cut his right thumb and it was later discovered that he in fact fractured his right thumb after diagnosis at Nova Medical Center [REDACTED] [REDACTED] This incident happened as the EE was attempting to remove a flat plate off of the gear function of the trim press This part was supposed to be bolted into the frame of the trim press by a metal bracket He was removing this metal bracket from the frame and when the last bolt was removed the flat block came loose and fell and struck his right thumb This action happened so fast that the EE couldnt react in time
What happened
