Before the incident
EE was walking up a set of stairs in the [REDACTED] the EE was several steps up from a platform The EE turned to their right and glanced back at a pump that they were working with In doing so the EE right knee gave out and caused the EE to lose their balance and fall back onto the platform The EE landed on their right hip area and put their hands out in an attempt to break their fall The EE initially laid there for a moment to compose themselves and then headed back up the stairs to complete their task and report the situation The EE then crossed paths with their trainer (who went to see why they had yet to return) and saw the EE noticeably limping and favoring her hands wrists The trainer went and sought out the Supervisor to help with the situation The EE claimed pain in their right hip and both hands wrists and a small scratch on their right ankle area at the time of the incident Basic first aid was applied (ice packs cleaned up the ankle area scratch) The potential for injury to th
