Setting up pups to the dock

[REDACTED] was dropping the pens and chocks for the trailers at the dock. The pen was stuck after a little tugging [REDACTED] was able to break it loose. The pen dropped and [REDACTED] tried to catch it. This caused a slight pain in his lower right back.
