Before the incident
At the [REDACTED] site a SetUp Team Member was removing the mold and transfer pot from a shuttle press The Team Member shuttled the mold forward to remove the mold from the front of the press As the Team Member attempted to decouple the shuttle rod so the mold could be removed the coupling did not disengage When the rod was retracted the mold was pulled back and caught his right hand between the mold and a crossing support bar Team Member received first aid in the form of an ice pack but then later after swelling had not reduced to normal the Team Member was sent to Medstat
