Lifting an axle from the ground to a raised platform.
What happened
Axles are delivered and placed line-side on a platform. However the pallet was damaged and therefore the delivery was placed on the floor. In order to get the axles onto the platform two associates began transferring the axles from the floor to the table. While picking up one end of an axle the employee twisted at the knee and felt pain in the knee.
