What happened
Employee was performing end of shift duties on the ped line with drawer bodies. Took off gloves to do cleaning duties and then did not put them back on to stock drawer bodies. As she was setting drawer body down she moved her hand and scraped the outside of her thumb causing laceration. Employee was not wearing gloves stated she forgot to put them on between tasks.
