Before the incident
Team Member was performing normal job duties. He was welding at the basket line - final build.
What happened
A team member was welding at the basket line final build. The team member was situated underneath the assembly and hot slag dripped and landed on the upper portion of his leg. The employee received a small burn. While quickly addressing the hot slag the team member employee attempted to hang his welding lead on the basket. The welding lead fell off of the basket causing the welding wire to penetrate through his pants and into his skin near the knee.
