When employee went to climb down he grabbed a bay board and the bay board came loose and swung out with him attached and he fell to the floor. He lost his balance and fell back when landing on his feet and the pain would not let him stand up or put weight on his feet. He notified co-worker and ambulance was called and was transported to HCMH ER Dept.
