[REDACTED] was working his normal job filling chucks in Cell # 3

[REDACTED] was asked to help out and cover the breaks for the people that were feeding the trays into the wash line. This would have been less than 20 minutes of covering for them. As he was covering for them he would bend over take the trays out of the tubs and feed the trays into the Wash Line. These movements bothered [REDACTED] 's back. This bothered his lower back area around the waist line. [REDACTED] feels that the bending over into the tubs was the cause of his aches. I asked if he wanted anything ( ice pack) he said that he is fine at this point. He thinks he will be fine as long as he is doing his normal job feeding the slides into the chucks and not bending over. Because of his height and the tubs being so low requires him to bend over too far.

low back ache

bending to lift tray from tub and place on the wash line

Back loading tray from tubs into the wash line.
