What happened
[REDACTED] was putting an [REDACTED] weld nut 310-04949 on item 210-66100 and had her right thumb on the weld nut between the electrodes when the machine was cycled. The top electrode came down pinching her thumb. They were not using a pin to hold the weld nut the first shift supervisor told her to run them without. The holes were too small for the [REDACTED] pin to fit which is why she was told to run without the pin.
