Before the incident
Went out to patient 's home to provide care. The night before patient was moved by fire department to her bed because she was unable to stand anymore. Patient was in a low bed was up against a wall and the head of the bed was up to the wall too. Family said the bed was too heavy to move and with patient in the bed it would be impossible so I was only able to work from one side of the bed. It was also only a twin bed so not any extra room to work with. Patient 's bedding was completely soaked in urine so to change the bed I had to bend over hold her over with one hand and make the bed with the other. When reaching to apply the sheet I felt a pull in my back. Later in the day I started having pain going down my leg and a stiff neck. SISCO [REDACTED] SMH
