While team lifting a 2.3 block to stack in post cure partner let go of his corner and it hit his fellow employee in the head and tweaked his neck. Employee felt fine until he woke up [REDACTED] and neck is very stiff. According to the employee this incident was not reported on the day of the occurrence because he thought he was fine.
