*This injury originally occurred on [REDACTED]. He was part of shift B which was doing a VES vent enter search of the second floor training area. They were using a 24ft ladder to access the 2nd floor window. He was in full bunker gear with his SCBA and mask on. He had hand tools as he went up the ladder and broke out the bedroom training window. He sounded the floor and entered the 2nd floor through the window. As he entered the room he landed on his shoulder. He attempted to get up but could not us his left arm.
