Refurbishment tasks

The Team Member was assigned to Small Parcel Replenishment while he was replenishing one location from the fist level of the racking he got into the double-deep location to accommodate consoles that were about to fell when he was about to leave the location he hit his head and got a concussion that caused him to bleed. He reported this immediately to me. He mentioned that he forgot that the location was low and that he should be careful getting out of there. We proceeded to help him with alcohol gauze and band-aids while he was on his way to Concentra for medical assistance.
