The driver was traveling on [REDACTED] when he noticed his auto trap on his truck was no longer covering a 20yd OT with a special cover. He pulled into the weight station to check it out. He noticed the tarp on the box had become loose and was flailing in the wind damaging the cover. He attempted to pull the cover out of the box and bungee it as he pulled the tarp out he felt a pop in his left shoulder.
