What happened
on [REDACTED] while banding doors which involves doing a lot of pushing and twisting and leaning over while working at a conveyor belt. He noticed onset of back pain in the lower mid back region while working on the last few doors of the day. He had only 10 minutes left before the end of his shift so he finished andwent home and took ibuprofen. As the evening wore on his back pain worsened by the next day he was in quite a bit of pain. He rested over the weekend but noticed very little improvement so reported the injury [REDACTED] and was referred for evaluation
