Before the incident
EE was complaining and told the supervisor that he was having some heat related symptoms. The supervisor allowed the EE to go into the breakroom to cooldown and hydrate to see if the symptoms would subside. When the supervisor went back to check on the employee the employee still was not feeling well but he stated that he was feeling well enough to be able to take himself home. When the employee was walking to his car his body cramped up in the smoking area causing him to collapse which led to the supervisor calling [REDACTED] for an ambulance.
