What happened
While they were reworking the liner the grinder hit the side of the liner wall and jumped hitting them in the inside of their right leg close to the knee.Creating a laceration.

The 5 grinder being used at the time of the incident had a cutting wheel in place to hold the sanding pad. That is incorrect. A backing plate is the correct way to hold the sanding disc in place.
