What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was operating the box erector #1 (west side). The box carousel that the operator normally hooks boxes was full so [REDACTED] continued production by removing them from the conveyor labeling them and placing them on the ground. This continued until [REDACTED] was at the end of the conveyor by the carousel. While at the end of the conveyor [REDACTED] dropped the labels that were in her right hand. As she bent down to pick them up she instinctively placed her left hand on the moving conveyor belt for support resulting in her hand getting caught between the belt and safety guard. She had just removed a box that was at the end so the conveyor was in motion at the time of contact.[REDACTED] was wearing properly fitting gloves and acceptable length fingernails at the time of the incident.
