What happened
On [REDACTED] Production Associate got with her Lead and let him know she was feeling pain on her right hand. Her hand became swollen and began to feel numbness tingling feeling on her hand that went all the way up to her shoulder. She had been working on the shipping lines for the [REDACTED] doing meal replenishment on Line B. She stated she wasn 't being rotated and had to ask on [REDACTED] if she can be rotated which she was. Production Associate first experienced pain on [REDACTED] but did not report it as she thought the pain would go away. She is unsure of when the injury took place as she was working and had not gotten physically hurt. Production Associate 's hand was swollen and she was experiencing numb tingling feeling that went from her right hand to her shoulder. Production Associate did seek medical treatment and was sent to the clinic.
