Before the incident
Operator was working in Radar at the [REDACTED] and also at the box maker. Operator was going to get a new pallet of boxes back behind the labeler. When going to cut the plastic straps off that holds the boxes together operator was using needle nose pliers to cut the straps off
What happened
When pulling the strap with the pliers in right hand trying to cut the straps injured employee did a twisting motion with their back and pulled on the pliers to cut and felt pain in lower back on the right side.
