What happened
At approx. [REDACTED] an Employee was putting away oil absorbent pads from a pallet into our stockroom. When her foot got stuck in the shrink wrap as she was stepping backwards causing her to lose her balance and fall to the ground. As she was falling she put her hand out to help brace for the fall. Her left hand took the majority of the impact causing a distial Radius fracture
