Moving a tote pan of parts.

Employee leaned over to pick up a tote pan that had crimped beam nuts. Then walked over to place the tote pan on the scale to count parts as she was performing the task. She then brought the parts over to the completed area. And poured the counted parts into the tote pan that was located on the shop floor. The employee felt tension on her right shoulder and right side of neck. Which felt like a pulled muscle tendon. Employee stated; there was approximately 1000 pcs in the tote pan that she was lifting.
