What happened
Electric pole would not come out of the ground. The decision was made to cut it off at the ground. The pole was not re-rigged to account for the pole that would now be top heavy. Employee was guiding the pole but it shifted and lifted employee up in the air when he came down he landed on his feet and his feet were injured.
