[REDACTED] had just placed a coil into the blue coil storage rack. She decided to straddle the rack while removing the coil support pole because the weight was to much for her. While holding pole [REDACTED] was stepping over the coil rack not lifting her foot high enough to clear the rack and her foot caught on the way out and [REDACTED] fell. When she fell her hand hit the ground and pole fell onto the hand splitting her fingers open.
