(Original injury occurred [REDACTED] but surgery occurred [REDACTED]) He was lifting a bunk of arrow signs (10) 24x48 in size strapped together by a plastic band from the pallet. The band broke and the signs came down on his left leg shin and ripped his skin open on his shin. Basically an avulsion on on the skin. Roughly a 5 inch by 4 inch tear looking like a V on the shin.
