Team member informed his supervisor he was experiencing pain in his back but didn 't know what he did that could have caused the sharp pain. Team member is a welder and does regularly lift push pull items that are heavy 50 lbs + -. Team member went to the doctor for a cold and mentioned his back pain to dr- at this point the doctor evaluated his back and advised it was likely team member had slipped a disc or strained a muscle during his shift. Team member reported this to his supervisor and filed a first report of injury at this time.
