[REDACTED] was driving the forklift in the keg cooler loading a truck. [REDACTED] was backing away from the side bay trailer. When backing away he made a sharp turn and the barn door bay doors were partially opened catching his foot (which was outside of the forklift safe zone) smashing his foot between the forklift and the bay door. - Visit to ER confirmed Displaced Fracture of toe and non-displaced fracture of left foot. Surgical consult ordered with Podiatry.
