What happened

EE was loading the paint line rework. EE loaded two frames of the wrong color. This was found by the EE 2 sanding. To get these off the line and back with the other rework they lifted the unit off walked it back to the cart and tipped it up set it on the back rest. They did this again. On the second frame the frame was not centered. It was then slid over to the center while doing this the horn on the SSM struck EE in head. EE told supervisor they wanted to see Nova care when they came in because of soreness at [REDACTED]. EE reported to the lead at [REDACTED] they had worsening symptoms. At 1 EE was seen by Nova care when they arrived.
