What happened

EE was on the SS line arranging and organizing parts and upholstery boxes. She was moving and reorienting a box on the racking when she felt a sharp pain in her wrist. Afterward her lead noticed she was having a hard time holding tools and keeping pace with the line. Lead told her to talk with Supervisor. EE had been working in SS Arm Prep until [REDACTED] but had mentioned that doing some of the grips when there were a lot of them was giving her some difficulty and hurt her hands. EE was therefore moved to end of the line to do just labels and upholstery which is a much easier task. She had attributed earlier hand issues to her arthritis.
