EE was returning prep jig 3555 to the 4x8 jig rack

What happened

EE was in process of returning jig no. no. 3555 to it 's designated spot on the 4x8 jig rack for the [REDACTED] as EE was doing so they got distracted and went to turn around and bumped their knee on a jig clamp no. 3574EE didn 't think much of it at the time and [REDACTED] noticed their left knee was swollen but had no pain. EE notified Supervisor and ice was applied. EE continued to work the rest of [REDACTED] with no discomfort. On [REDACTED] EE began work as usual when they started having discomfort after 1st break ice pack was once again applied Incident Investigation was then called. EE visited [REDACTED] Occupational Health and returned with restrictions til a follow up appointment on [REDACTED]. Timeline of events took place on [REDACTED]
