What happened

EE was standing on the top step of a 3 step ladder working on installing the guide rod on a HSSMV unit. When EE completed his work he begin to step down from the ladder. EE took his first step backwards on to the second step of the ladder and began to step down to the third step and missed the step. This caused the EE to fall backwards off of the stool and fall into a shroud cart. EE sustained a scratch on his elbow along with some bruising on his back. EE asked for some ice and it was the discovered he had an incident. The incident investigation team was called and while investigating the EE 's pain level rose quickly. EE decided they wanted to go the ER to be checked out.

Right middle finger elbow cut bruise and center back pain from fall.
