What happened
While the DA was in the process of manually folding the liftgate into its proper stowage position they lost their grip which allowed the liftgate to drop freely towards the rear deck of the box truck. While attempting to regain their grip the DA ended up getting their right pointer and middle fingers caught pinched between the top of the liftgate and the bottom of the rear deck of the box truck
