DA STATED THAT WHEN HE WOKE UP IN THE MORNING HE FELT A SHARP PAIN IN HIS BACK.HE STATED THAT HE TRIED TO DO EXERCISE AND STRETCHES BEFORE HE CAME TO WORK TO RELIEVE THE PAIN IN HIS BACK .WHILE PACKING HIS VAN DURING LOADOUT DRIVER LIFTED A HEAVY PACKAGE AND HE FELT THE SHARP PAIN.HE THEN COMMUNICATED THAT HE WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE ROUTE CAUSE THE OF THE PAIN IN HIS BACK.
