[REDACTED] admitted to room per ed. pt arrived on stretcher with two er employees. pt on hovermat. Er employee inflated hovermat to facilitate moving pt to bariatric bed. While using straps on hovermat straps ripped off of hovermat causing hovermat to deflate and patient to be stuck between stretcher and bed and causing twisting of writers back and right ankle causing pain and numbness.
