cleaning ER

noticed about 4 hours into shift bumps on legs arms hands and intense itching. Continued to work full shft and reported to ER following shift to see ER physician who gave me 2 shots (steroid maybe benedryl) and gave prescription for steroids x 5 days. Investigated with employee health nurse what I could be coming into contact with as I am wearing gloves entire shift no new chemicals or hand sanitizer. I do know the mop heads are new and I am not wearing gloves while preparing my cart and bucket of mop water thus touching mop heads without gloves. Advised to wear gloves at all times while in department or touching any EVS chemicals carts supplies. Gloves are beginning to irritate already rashy and broken out hands.
