What happened
Employee was removing the empty cart from [REDACTED] she had another cart already staged in the isle between both CNCs. She was pulling the blue cart correctly by the handles and walking backwards. She had to move to the left of the other cart which put her to close to [REDACTED] coolant tank guard and thats where she hit her hand between the guard and cart handle. This caused her hand to have a blow out from the pressure
