Leaving for lunch
What happened
While leaving for lunch he had a fall in the grass outside of our administrative building the director helped him up and ee said he was fine his leg gave out and he went on to lunch. When he returned he walked into the office building and sat down letting another employee know that he didnt feel well. EMS was called ee was in and out of consciousness during this time EMS was thinking possible stroke.
