Before the incident
Two Downstream Operators were moving two conduit reels out of walkway.
What happened
Two completed conduit reels needed to be moved the outer reel was chalked the inner reel was not chalked and up against the outer reel. After moving and re-chalking the outer reel the inner reel began to roll on its own towards them. The injured employee standing at the end of the first reel put her left hand up to stop the reel and caught it between the two reel flanges injuring her little finger.
