Before the incident
Grinder operator was grinding pipe from conduit reel in grinder #2.
What happened
Grinder operator and her supervisor were outside grinding area when they noticed the conduit going into the guiding tube to the grinder was kinked and not going in. Excess conduit began to snake on the floor and when the operator and her supervisor began to straighten it she did not notice it was snaking around her leg on the floor. When they got it straightened and flowing again the pipe around her foot spun her around and she fell to the floor on her left side.
