lifting heavy items. Throughout the day I was lifting heavy items and had a lot of orders.

What happened

Throughout the day I was lifting heavy items and had a lot of orders. I noticed the pain at the end of my shift when I was in the potato section of frozen foods and went to reach for an item I felt a sharp pain and felt my lower back contract. I straightened up and then walked away and came back for the item. After when I was staging the order I was putting items on the shelf the pain was still there. I was also getting a 35pk of water from the aisle and put it on the bottom shelf of the shopping cart and I was fine and then when I went to put it on the shelf in the staging area it hurt.
