What happened
I was up on top of the ladder and I was reaching for some boxes. I went to go turn to grab some additional boxes and when I went to reach for them all of a sudden I felt the ladder give way. I wasn 't sure if the ladder broke--it just didn 't feel right. I tried to grab something but couldn 't and landed on my butt and felt my head hit the floor.
